Additional information has been revealed this week regarding the status of the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) and their vote on the Arizona Public Service (APS) rate hike case. On July 19th, a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge refused an appeal from APS to let the ACC vote on their rate hike request.
