Existing solar customers and prospective solar buyers have received another reprieve! Apparently, the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) did not vote on the APS rate case in July as expected, and may not even do so in August. According to the AZ Central article, “APS rate case: 10 things to know ahead of Arizona regulators’ vote” posted on July 7, 2017, the ACC is now supposed to vote on the APS rate case in August, but the case has not yet been placed on their August agenda.

In light of this news, the new deadline date to provide Black Platinum Solar & Electric with your signed quote, contract and deposit is by July 26, 2017.  This will allow us time to submit the necessary paperwork to ensure you can take advantage of the APS grandfathering option and secure the current net metering rates.

Call Black Platinum Solar & Electric today at 623-434-3340 for a free estimate.
